Refund & Returns Policy

At Revolutionary Essence, we care about your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products every time. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to assist — but please note our refund and return window is strictly 48 hours from the delivery date.
After 48 hours have passed since the confirmed delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Your request must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or value protection reasons, including:
Opened or used perfumes.
Worn sneakers, jerseys, or caps.
Gift cards, downloadable products, or digital vouchers.
Personalized or special-order items.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer — contact us first for instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email admin@revolutionaryessence within 48 hours of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. If the gift giver received the order first, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please mail it to the address provided after contacting our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
